Biography
Agatha M. Apolinario is an associate in Quisumbing Torres’ Employment & Compensation Practice Group. Before joining QT, she was an associate in one of the largest and prominent law firms in the Philippines.
Agatha obtained her Juris Doctor degree (Dean's Medalist for Academic Excellence) from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2022 and was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2023.
Practice Focus
Agatha’s practice focuses on general employment matters, labor law compliance and labor litigation, including employment termination, employee transfers, employment-related documents review, and labor relations and unions. She has extensive experience handling a wide range of litigation cases, including commercial, civil, and criminal law, across various judicial bodies such as trial courts, the Court of Appeals, the Department of Justice, and the prosecutor’s office. She regularly prepares advisories on employment-related matters, focusing on labor standards compliance, employment policies, and labor relations. She reviews contracts related to labor and employment, including employment contracts and independent contracting agreements.
