Helen Aihevba
Biography
Helen Aihevba is an associate in Baker McKenzie office in Washington, DC, and a member of the North American Transactional Practice Group. She began her career with the Firm as a summer associate in 2021.
Helen routinely participants in pro bono projects, including assisting in drafting the LGBTQ+ Youth Rights Mapping Project and the Homeless Youth Handbook for various US jurisdictions.

Helen practices in the areas of corporate and securities law and restructurings. She represents major multinational companies in a broad range of complex corporate and transactional matters, including cross-border reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance issues, and general corporate and securities law matters.
