Baker McKenzie Legal Advisor to Uniwater in its Acquisition of Ramson

Ramson AB is a specialist within water purification with particular focus on drinking and process water. The company, led by CEO Anders Käck end chairperson Ragnar Sjöberg, is based in Motala, Sweden.

Uniwater, a platform investment of Nalka, is one of the leading water infrastructure groups in the Nordic region. Uniwater offers complete water and wastewater solutions to the Nordic market and the group has 540 employees and a turnover of SEK 2.2 billion. Uniwater operates in the business areas Treatment, Flow and Solutions.

Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Uniwater with a core team consisting of Costin Mihailescu, Daniel Högström and Dennis Hadzic.
