Baker McKenzie Advises Nalka Invest on its Acquisition of Airteam

Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Nalka Invest on the acquisition of Airteam, one of the Nordic region’s leading suppliers of technical ventilation solutions, from Ratos.  

With 300 employees in Denmark and Sweden, Airteam develop advanced systems for a wide range of industries and are solely focused on ventilation.

Nalka Invest invests in market-leading small- and medium-sized businesses based in the Nordic and DACH regions.

The purchase price amounts to approximately SEK 1.7 billion. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
