Leading global law firm, Baker McKenzie, has hired senior corporate practitioner, Michal Berkner, as a partner in its M&A team in London, further strengthening the Firm’s global transactional expertise and capabilities.
Michal is a leading, cross-border M&A specialist, working predominantly across the life sciences and technology sectors, and has a wealth of expertise in complex, cross-border M&A and broader corporate transactions, including negotiated and unsolicited public and private strategic transactions, bolt-ons, spin-offs, joint ventures, IPOs, financings, and regulatory matters.
Michal is dual-qualified in the UK and the US, and her addition to the Firm will significantly expand and enhance its Transactional practice and offering in the UK and US markets, as well as deepen its renowned expertise in the life sciences and technology sectors.
