Baker McKenzie has advised the joint lead managers, in connection with the offering of USD750 million 6.750% notes due 2035 by the Republic of Armenia, acting through the Ministry of Finance.
The notes were issued pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S and were listed on the London Stock Exchange. The offering closed on 12 March 2025 and the Republic of Armenia will use the proceeds from the offering for general governmental purposes.
