Baker McKenzie legal advisor to Uniwater in its acquisition of NOKA

NOKA AS is an engineering firm working with water solutions and with specialization for water treatment. The company, led by CEO Andreas Hartz, is based in Larvik, Norway.

Uniwater, a platform investment of Nalka, is one of the leading water infrastructure groups in the Nordic region. Uniwater offers complete water and wastewater solutions to the Nordic market and the group has 540 employees and a turnover of SEK 2.2 billion. Uniwater operates in the business areas Treatment, Flow and Solutions.

Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Uniwater with a core team consisting of Costin Mihailescu, Daniel Högström and Dennis Hadzic.
