Baker McKenzie advised the international marketing agency 1SP Agency on its acquisition of Swiss retail and sales specialist PromoPers, a full-service agency with over 20 years of experience and a network of over 300 brand ambassadors. The takeover offers 1SP Agency the opportunity to expand its presence in the Swiss market and to leverage local expertise and synergies to meet increasing customer demand. PromoPers will continue to be managed by its co-CEOs and will work with 1SP Agency to provide tailored solutions and support international clients in Switzerland and Europe.
