Co-Chair of Baker McKenzie's North America Data & Cyber Practice Group, Justine Phillips, was interviewed by LegalTech News for its 2025 Predictions for Cybersecurity.

Justine noted that heightened geopolitical tensions threaten to make 2025 an active year for cyber threats. In addition to increased risk, sweeping cyber policy changes and reforms are expected to be made by the incoming Administration. She added that in order to be ready to adapt quickly to new rules and risks, there are proactive measures that businesses should take now.
