Baker McKenzie Successfully Advised UK-Based Special New Fruit Licensing Limited on its Acquisition of One-Third of the Shares in SNFL Australia from Boulevarde Genetics

Baker McKenzie has advised UK-based Special New Fruit Licensing Limited on its acquisition of one-third of the shares in SNFL Australia from Boulevarde Genetics, now making SNFL Australia a wholly-owned subsidiary of our client.  Our client is one of the world’s leading fruit R&D companies. Its investors include AM FRESH Group, EQT Future, and Paine Schwartz. The acquisition price is undisclosed. The M&A team was led by Ben McLaughlin and Nathan Jones in the Sydney office, with assistance from Paul Forbes, Naasha Loopoo and Richard Gamayunov.
