The implied market capitalization of Arabian Mills at listing is estimated to amount to SAR 3,387 million (~USD 903 million). The IPO was oversubscribed, indicating a strong level of demand. ArcelorMittal – Advised ArcelorMittal, through the joint operation platform Baker McKenzie FenXun, on the signing of agreements with Hong Kong-listed China Oriental Group to establish two joint ventures for the production of HRC substrates and new energy soft magnetic material products.
