Uniwater has acquired the Norwegian specialist company Biowater Technology.
Biowater Technology is an engineering and construction company, that design and develop biological solutions for wastewater treatment. Founded in 2007, the company is led by CEO Ilya Mario Savva and has 45 employees.
Uniwater, a portfolio company of Nalka, is one of the leading water infrastructure groups in the Nordic region. Uniwater offers complete water and wastewater solutions to the Nordic market and the group has 500 employees and a turnover of SEK 1.9 billion. Uniwater operates in the business areas Treatment, Flow, Products and Solutions.
