Baker McKenzie Advises Coöperatieve Rabobank and UBS Switzerland on an EUR 930 Million Multicurrency Revolving Credit Facility Agreement

Baker McKenzie Switzerland acted as counsel to Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. and UBS Switzerland AG, acting as bookrunners and arrangers, in connection with a EUR 930 million multicurrency revolving credit facility agreement for Aryzta AG, with UBS Switzerland AG as agent and a syndicate of Swiss and international financial institutions as lenders.

Baker McKenzie Switzerland advised Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A., UBS Switzerland AG and the syndicate lenders on all Swiss legal aspects of the transaction.
