Xandra Ståhlberg has been promoted to partner in Sweden at the international law firm Baker McKenzie, effective 1 July, 2024. Since 2021, Xandra has lead the Stockholm office's Antitrust & Competition Practice Group.

Xandra has special expertise in competition law matters related to M&A and has experience in public and private equity transactions, as well as advising clients in matters before the Swedish Competition Authority and the European Commission. She also frequently advises on horizontal and vertical agreements, as well as cartel investigations. Xandra is appointed as a Non-Governmental Advisor for the Swedish Competition Authority in the International Competition Network’s working group for merger control.

Xandra Ståhlberg is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. She received her LLM from Stockholm University in 2014 and has a bachelor's degree in law and international relations from University of Sussex.
