Partnership expansion in Switzerland
Baker McKenzie Switzerland has appointed Dr. Valentina Hirsiger as a new partner as of 1 July 2024. In her new role, Valentina will strengthen our competence in the areas of Dispute Resolution, International Arbitration, and Commercial Litigation.
Valentina joined Baker McKenzie Switzerland as an associate in 2016 and has been a member of the Firm's Arbitration and Litigation Group in Zurich ever since. Valentina has vast experience in the fields of dispute resolution and general contract law, with a focus on national and international disputes in commercial, construction and corporate law. She has represented parties in various commercial disputes before both international arbitral tribunals and state courts, and she regularly advises clients on project and contract management and dispute avoidance.
