Baker McKenzie legal advisor to Fleming Properties in its rights issue of approximately SEK 292 million

Fleming Properties AB (publ) has carried out a fully guaranteed rights issue of approximately SEK 292 million. 

Fleming Properties is a real estate company with focus on owning and managing office properties in Helsinki. The company currently manages office premises where SOK, the S group's administrative organization, is the company's largest tenant.

Pareto Securities acted as Sole Manager och Bookrunner. Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Fleming Properties with a capital markets team consisting of Joakim Falkner, Olof Larsson, Sophie Gidlund and Carl Bohman.
