Baker McKenzie advised La Collective de Prévoyance - COPRE ("COPRE") on the sale of a residential complex in Nyon.
The complex comprises more than 300 apartments with a total rentable residential area of approximately 24,000 square meters and an additional rentable commercial area of approximately 2,300 square meters. Situated on a green plot of land of over 30,000 sqm, it offers views of Lake Geneva and the Jura Mountains.
Baker McKenzie advised COPRE on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction.
