Global law firm Baker McKenzie has advised Vandemoortele, a leading European family-owned food group in the acquisition of Dolciaria Acquaviva SpA, a renowned Italian manufacturer of frozen Pastry, Patisserie, and Savoury specialties.
This acquisition fortifies Vandemoortele’s position as a key player in the Italian frozen bakery market and further accelerates its path for growth, in which Baker McKenzie has served as legal counsel also in other transactions.
