Led by Corporate partner Lance Sacks, the Firm advised ASX-listed PointsBet Holdings Limited on the sale of its US business to Fanatics Betting and Gaming after shareholders endorsed the AUD 333 million sale. The Baker McKenzie team included Rick Troiano, Adrian Lawrence and Yini Chong.
