Baker McKenzie advises Coöperatieve Rabobank on a CHF 71.8 million and EUR 60 million senior term loan facilities agreement

Baker McKenzie Switzerland acted as counsel for Coöperatieve Rabobank UA as coordinator and documentation agent in connection with a CHF 71.8 million term loan facility and EUR 60 million term loan facility agreement for Aryzta AG, with UBS Switzerland AG as agent and a syndicate of Swiss and international financial institutions as lenders.

Baker McKenzie advised Rabobank and the syndicate lenders on all Swiss legal aspects of the transaction.
