Baker McKenzie Achieves Mansfield Certification Plus Status for Fifth Consecutive Year

Global law firm Baker McKenzie has achieved 2022-2023 Mansfield Certification Plus status, the fifth consecutive year the Firm has received this honor in recognition of its ongoing inclusion, diversity and equity efforts. The certification was presented by The Diversity Lab, an incubator for innovative ideas and solutions that boost diversity and inclusion in law.

Mansfield Certification recognizes firms that considered broad slates of qualified talent for leadership roles that included at least 30% historically underrepresented lawyers, including women, underrepresented racial and ethnic lawyers, LGBTQ+ lawyers, and lawyers with disabilities. As part of the Certification process, firms worked hard to enhance transparency related to leadership roles, advancement processes and compensation policies. The "Plus" status is a designation reserved for firms that voluntarily measure the outcomes of their inclusive processes and have achieved positive results.
