Baker McKenzie Advised Deutsche Telekom in its HQ relocation project in Budapest

Baker McKenzie advised Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions (DT-ITS) in its headquarters moving to the iconic building of Hungarian Telekom in Hungary. 
 
The Hungarian Telekom building, located in District IX of Budapest, was completed in 2018. It comprises 58,000 sqm of leasable area in total, 11,000 sqm of which is now leased by DT-ITS based on agreements signed recently with WING, developer and landlord of the building. 
 
DT-ITS is the largest business service centre in terms of number of employees in Hungary and its office move has included 3000 employees of the company.
