Baker McKenzie has appointed Costin Mihailescu as the new Managing Partner for its office in Stockholm, Sweden. Costin is a partner at the Firm and currently heads the Private Equity Practice Group in Stockholm. He succeeds Anders Fast, who transitions to Baker McKenzie's global Executive Committee. The appointment came into force on 21 September 2023.

Costin Mihailescu has worked in the legal industry since 2006 and has been a partner at Baker McKenzie since 2015. He specializes in M&A with a particular focus on Private Equity. He succeeds Anders Fast, who will transition to Baker McKenzie's global Executive Committee.
