Baker McKenzie advises Nestlé in sale of data center and office property

Baker McKenzie Switzerland advised Nestlé Global Real Estate in the sale of its data center and office property in Bussigny, canton of Vaud. The sold property has an area of approx. 38,000 sqm and was purchased by Orllati Real Estate SA.

Baker McKenzie advised the seller on all legal aspects of the sale.
