Baker McKenzie’s London office has today announced its autumn 2023 trainee retention rate.
All 16 trainees in this cohort have accepted an NQ position, giving the Firm a retention rate of 100%.
The newly qualified lawyers will be joining the following departments:

The Firm recently announced that it had increased its London NQ salary from £110,000 to £118,000, effective as of 1 July 2023.
