ByggPartner Gruppen AB (publ) has carried out a rights issue of shares of approximately SEK 279 million as well as a related directed share issue of approximately SEK 20 million to accommodate a large interest in the rights issue.
ByggPartner Gruppen is a Swedish construction group with strong regional market positions. The group operate under three brands; ByggPartner, Åhlin & Ekeroth and Flodéns. The group's turnover, in 2022, amounted to approximately SEK 4 billion. ByggPartnerGruppen have approximately 1100 employees, offer construction contracting, construction services, scaffolding & fall protection as well as wooden house components and are established in Dalarna, Gävleborg, Uppsala, Västmanland/Sörmland, Stockholm, Östergötland and Gothenburg.
