Baker McKenzie legal advisor to Vi Tri in divestment to Asker

Asker Healthcare Group has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Vi Tri Medical AB, a leading distributor of defibrillators and wound care products to the regions in Sweden. In wound care, Vi Tri is both selling products under its own brand as well as private label for some customers. The revenue amounts to approximately SEK 50 million annually.

Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Vi Tri in the divestment. The firm's team consisted of Carl Svernlöv, Linnea Back, Albin Stålberg and Julia Hagelberg.
