Baker McKenzie has advised ASX listed PointsBet on the proposed sale of US sports wagering, advanced-deposit wagering and iGaming operations to Fanatics Betting and Gaming

Baker McKenzie has advised ASX listed PointsBet Holdings Limited (ASX: PBH) (PointsBet) on the proposed sale of its United States sports wagering, advanced-deposit wagering and iGaming operations and a copy of the software for, and a license to use, the Company’s proprietary technology platform (US Business) to Fanatics Betting and Gaming.

PointsBet will retain its Australian business and operations and its Canadian business and operations.
