Baker McKenzie Luxembourg, a renowned global law firm, has taken a significant step toward promoting diversity and inclusivity by signing The Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg on 23 May 2023.

Our commitment to inclusion and diversity is not limited to our internal operations; we also extend it to our clients, making it an essential aspect of our business practices.
As part of our ongoing efforts to promote a more inclusive workplace, signing the charter was an important step to confirm our commitment to create an environment that values and embraces diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of our operations.
