Baker McKenzie legal advisor to C-Resiliens AB in its capitalization and acquisition of Tutus Data AB

Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to C-Resiliens in a capitalization at approx. SEK 600 million including a private placement of shares financed by investment company Formica Capital and tech entrepreneur Nicklas Storåkers, as well as the subsequent acquisition of Tutus Data AB for an undisclosed amount.

Founded in 2022, C-Resiliens is a cyber security group with a vision to reduce society’s digital vulnerabilities and with an aim of investing SEK 1 billion in the next generation of turnkey secure communication solutions for defense, government and banks, among others in Sweden and throughout EU.

Tutus Data is a privately owned Swedish company, founded in 1992. Since its inception, Tutus Data has developed high-quality network encryption solutions for the military, governments and companies for use in operations that require the highest level of secure communication.

Baker McKenzie's team was led by Anders Fast with the support of among others Carl Johan Lie Karlberg, Angela Belfrage and Carl Bohman.
