Baker McKenzie Thailand celebrates 45th anniversary

Baker McKenzie Bangkok celebrated its 45th anniversary with a dynamic and informative event that attracted over 300 guests. Held at The Athenee Hotel in Bangkok, the event was attended by Baker McKenzie Global Chair Milton Cheng, Bangkok office Managing Partner Thinawat Bukhamana, Global Executive Committee Member Peerapan Tungsuwan and all of the Bangkok partners.

The event featured a series of insightful breakout sessions led by experienced partners, covering a range of topics such as navigating the legal landscape in a post-pandemic world, top legal trends to watch out for, sustainability and ESG, digital assets, metaverse, and leading and executing transformative capital raising deals. Attendees gained valuable insights into the latest developments and emerging trends in the legal industry.

The highlight of the event was an in-depth plenary session, where distinguished guest speakers shared their expertise on global economic challenges and opportunities in Asia. The two honorary guest speakers were Payong Srivanich, president of The Thai Bankers' Association, and Srettha Thavisin, president and CEO of Sansiri PCL.
