- Acted as lead counsel to China National Bluestar (Group) Co Ltd. ("Bluestar") and REC Solar Holdings AS ("REC Solar") on the sale by Bluestar of 100% of the equity interests in REC Solar to Reliance New Energy Solar Ltd., a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Ltd.
- Acted as international counsel for Keppel Corporation Limited, Keppel Asia Infrastructure FUND LP (“KAIF”) and a co-investor of KAIF, which, through Cloud Alpha Pte Ltd, acquired a 51% equity interest in Cleantech Renewable Assets Pte. Ltd. (“Cleantech”) for up to USD 150 million.
