On 1 October 2024, Baker McKenzie Luxembourg had its first DepoBank Day bringing together 120 market stakeholders, including the regulators, head of depositary services, banks and custody experts to engage in meaningful discussions about custody laws and the essential duties and liabilities of depositary banks.
