The Toronto office of Baker McKenzie seeks an associate to join its Litigation & Government Enforcement Practice Group, which comprises a team of experienced legal professionals serving both domestic and international clients on a truly global platform. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience gained from a respected litigation firm. Ideally the candidate will have a background in commercial litigation/arbitration with experience in cross-border disputes including class action defense, fraud and recovery matters and appellate advocacy. We seek an individual committed to developing a career in advocacy, with excellent drafting and communication skills and the desire to work as part of a hard-working team.
