Description
Responsibilities:
- Operational management of the Buenos Aires Center Reporting Team in all aspects of reporting delivery operations, including the timely and accurate fulfillment of reporting requests and special projects following the standard processes and the firm's reporting guidelines
- Ensure accurate delivery of Catalogue services and KPIs within the agreed-upon service level agreements including work allocation and capacity management
- Provide input on achieving efficiencies within existing and new processes and technologies, collaborating with Reporting Service Owner and managers within
- Reporting to align on best practice and shared objectives
- Exercise strong analytical skills and sound professional judgment in complex situations including supporting the implementation of shared technology processes and providing on-demand management financial reporting
- Guide and support to direct reports to effectively perform their duties and responsibilities, including identifying employee development opportunities, driving performance excellence, and employee recognition
- Act as a role model, responsible for direct report's performance discussions and evaluation, motivating and assisting the team to achieve goals
- Ensure training materials are reviewed and updated in line with evolving processes, sharing knowledge throughout the Reporting Team through effective communication
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or another Business discipline
- Strong experience in a relevant field (professional services firm and/or Shared Service Centre is preferred) with experience in a supervisory capacity
- Strong analytical skills
- Expert-level MS Excel skills
- Working knowledge of Business Objects/BI and Tableau (or other data visualization tools) is highly desired
- Hands-on experience with native SAP reporting capabilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Able to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands
- Able to perform all role responsibilities in fluent written and spoken English and Spanish is a prerequisite
