• Advised and assisted Kirin on the acquisition of a leading listed Vietnamese soft drinks manufacturer with a vast distribution network reaching more than 100,000 outlets in Vietnam.
• Advised and assisted Valeant in the subscription of majority shares in Euvipharm Pharmaceutical JSC.
• Advised and assisted Navis Capital in the purchase of shares in Godaco Seafood JSC as it transitioned from a listed public company to a private company.
• Advised and assisted Diageo in the acquisition of public company shares in Halico.
• Advised and assisted Shiseido on asset and business acquisition of its Vietnam distributor and distribution network.
• Advised and assisted a Danish investment company on its acquisition of 100% of the shares in a Vietnamese hearing technology firm.
