Biography

Andreas has over 15 years of experience in helping clients deal with public authorities and public sector customers. His extensive knowledge in the relevant laws and practices includes matters of public procurement, administrative, budget and public pricing laws, building, planning and environmental laws, subsidies laws, sanctions and export control laws, as well as human rights and constitutional law. Andreas is author of a number of publications related to these fields and frequently delivers presentations and trainings in German and English language.

Practice Focus

Andreas focuses his work on public sector business and regulations as well as transactions particularly in the Defense, Life Sciences and IT sectors. He supports clients in these fields by providing legal and practical advice and by representing clients in negotiations with administrative bodies and public sector customers. Andreas has also represented clients in more than one hundred cases before various courts and procurement chambers. In addition, Andreas regularly advises public authorities and contracting entities with the preparation of administrative decisions, public sector deals and litigious cases.
